We can supply and fit the following bespoke window styles:
This project required 2 new arched windows, to be made in “utile” hardwood, to replace existing windows in a Victorian listed building.
The windows were produced using traditional methods where shapes are formed by laminating sections. All joints in this project are mortice & tenon with scribes.
The glazing for the window were all 12mm “slimlight” sealed units. All internal glazing is on ovolo moulded beads with a “flexi” tape system and finished with aluminium primer and white gloss paint.
These bespoke wooden windows cover the entire surface of the ground and first floor bays.
The wood used is all douglas fir.
The windows themselves have the unique feature of laminated raised & fielded panels between the ground floor and first floor bays. They are all double glazed and finished with a sikkens stain.
This square box sash window has sealed double glazed units with a sikkens stain finish.
This 3 sided box sash bay window also has sealed double glazed units and is finished in a sikkens stain.
